Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES

PROCESSING TIME: 

  • All orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days (This excludes weekends and holidays) and are then shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day service. 
     

  • Orders under 1lb with a destination within Washington state will ship flat rate USPS. 

  •  

    Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:

  • Salt Water Candle Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS office.

  • If you receive a package with broken items, you can submit a replacement request to us via email: connect@swcandle.com — PLEASE INCLUDE PHOTO PROOF OF DAMAGE (best taken when package is opened, the more visual detail we have, the better!). We will not be able to replace without proof of photo.
